Next save the  "Avenza Map PDF"  to your phone and upload it into the Aenza App! Now you have an interactive map!

Is there an HOA fee?

Can you use any builder?

There is a $500.00/year HOA fee, that covers road, swimming lake and trail maintenance.

Bring your own builder, plans will need to be approved through the HOA arch committee. Jewkes designs is the architect on the development.
